Open House Information!

Kindergarten Jumpstart 🍎✏️📚

The School Nurse will be available to receive medications for the upcoming school year during Open House and available only by appointment during the first week of August.

If your child requires medication at school, please call the School Nurse at 334-983-1252 ext. 50190 (you may have to leave a voicemail for School Nurse to call you back) to make an appointment.
*Please note that the School Nurse may be on and off campus at various times so an appointment must be made to ensure she will be there to be able to accept your child’s forms and medication.

Parent must bring appropriate paperwork (Prescriber Authorization form) and medication/prescription label with them. Procedures will be discussed during your meeting with the nurse.

*Please note: No medication will be accepted the first day of school unless by appointment.
