Women Networking + Connecting
I’m starting this post by saying that I’m showing off my lipstick—I will tell you WHY I am showing off my lipstick 💄 at the end of this.
Last night I went to Biz Connections for Central NJ Women Entrepreneurs event in Central Jersey and I had a GREAT time! I LOVE women’s events simply because the CONVERSATIONS + CONNECTIONS are so needed and actually ESSENTIAL for women overall. It was a pleasure to meet Melissa 👑🤍👍🏽
Historically WOMEN always gathered traditionally in a circle settings to discuss and share concerns, issues, experience – all in a safe space in each other’s company.
Women connections and communities are practically important and essential to keep the essence of ALL that WE as WOMEN embody in the endless roles that we fulfill.
This was my 1ST networking event that I have attended since late 2019 and the 13 women that I met last night were great. I was missing this in-person connection with women and it awakened all the endless experiences from when I start my women’s organization in Brooklyn, NY in 2011. All those events and connections for ME have been Life changing lessons that enriched and uplifted me in some many different levels of personal and professional development. I am THANKFUL for ALL the Women that I met, connected, became friends and those that I am still connected with in life friendships.
I am looking forward in continuing all the CONNECTIONS + EXPERIENCES that I began back in then but creating new ones ALWAYS moving FORWARD – I am INTENTIONALLY creating endless OPPORTUNITIES + POSSIBILITIES for ALL Diverse Women to have impactful Conversations + Collaborations along with Life time friendships in the community of WNW (Women Networking Worldwide). I AM elevating my Vision + Women oriented GOALS of Uplifting + Empowering + Connecting with as many WOMEN as possible to create continuous + transformational Greatness + Successes for ALL.
So now my lipstick! 💄
I fell back into my thoughts, while looking at old pictures, as I realized that when I wore my daily lipstick (color of choice was always Revlon Red!), it made me CONFIDENT, BEAUTIFUL + In the moment “On Top of The World!” I was SEEN + HEARD… I was here and represented what I was doing or feeling at THAT moment! So I wanted to share a picture showing off my lipstick (Besito Matte #58) ! Actually the Women who created this line of lipsticks “Besitos” Besitos 💋 PERFECT 10 CHALLENGE is my friend Elena and how we met was Devine timing! I was hosting a Women’s Networking Worldwide event in 2018 and Elena was in town on a business and our paths DEVINELY crossed!
