Founded in 1973, Holy Angels is a private, Catholic independent co-ed school serving students from 3-year-old Pre-kindergarten through Grade Twelve. It is organized as a non-profit 501 c (3) corporation with oversight by a Board of Trustees. Entrusted to Board members is the preservation and advancement of the mission and philosophy of the Academy. Trustees must be practicing Catholics who possess
an unswerving loyalty to the Magisterium of the Church. Board members employ the services of an administrator to implement the philosophy and policies as well as oversee the hiring of faculty and staff necessary for the day to day operations of the Academy. What are our 7 objectives at HAA?
1.To teach God’s Commandments and instill in the students a strong devotion to Christ, His Blessed Mother and the Catholic Faith.
2.To recognize the dignity and worth of each child and to provide for individual differences.
3.To unite the Academy with the home in the formation of the child’s character.
4.To develop creative minds and help each child learn to think and work alone and with others.
5.To help each child develop a sense of accomplishment.
6.To instill in each child the appreciation of a good Catholic education.
7.To orient each child with a sense of responsibility and respect for others. Holy Angels enjoys canonical recognition as a Catholic school by the local bishop and recognizes and respects his proper jurisdiction in matters relevant to instruction in the doctrines and beliefs of the Catholic Faith.
