Did you know we start as young as 3 years old?!
Our Little Ninjas program was created specifically for preschoolers — because 3, 4 & 5 year olds learn a little differently!
Through martial arts, games and lots of movement, we work on skills like:
⭐ Listening & following directions
⭐ Focus & self-control
⭐ Balance & coordination
⭐ Taking turns & social skills
⭐ Confidence & independence
⭐ And of course… kicking, punching, jumping, rolling & having FUN!
We don’t expect little ones to walk in knowing how to stand still, stay focused or follow every direction. Those are some of the skills we’re here to help them build. ❤️
Every Little Ninja starts with a one-on-one introductory lesson so they can get comfortable, meet their coach, and we can make sure they’re ready for the group class environment.
