What a great first week back at Middletown Middle School! After all the excitement and nerves that come with starting a new school year, it has been wonderful to see our students settling in, making connections, and getting back into the rhythm of school. Our staff has worked hard to make this a positive start, and I am incredibly proud of how our students have handled the first week.

I also want to say thank you to the students and parents I have had the opportunity to meet so far. I have felt incredibly welcomed by the MMS community, and I truly appreciate all of the kind words and conversations. As a former Middletown High School teacher, it is especially exciting to be back in the district and now have the opportunity to serve the Middletown Middle School community. I am looking forward to a fantastic year together!
