Washington Heights Fire Department

The Washington Heights Fire Department had the pleasure of visiting a local private school to teach students all about fire prevention and fire safety!

This visit was extra special because two of our volunteer members have daughters, Emma and Kaylee, who attend the school!

A huge THANK YOU to the school for inviting us and giving us the opportunity to share important fire safety lessons with the students!

And an extra special THANK YOU to all the students for the thoughtful, handmade thank-you cards for our firefighters! 💌 Your kindness and creativity meant so much to our members and put smiles on everyone’s faces!

It’s moments like these that remind us why we love serving our community!❤️
