Thank you to everyone who came to all-inclusives last week. We had a phenomenonal turnout. These rehearsals really help prepare everyone to shine on stage.

This week's rehearsal schedule is as follows:
Show 1: Mon & Thurs 5-8
Show 2: Tues & Wed 5-8

We will start dismissal at 7:45, starting with our munchkins. Please be on time to pick up your dancers.

"Parent volunteers" will have practice Mon-Wed from 8:15-8:45.

Alumni will have practice Mon. @ 6 and then Tues & Wed 8:45-9:15.

Miss Nichole's ballet will have practice on Thurs. 8-8:45.

Anyone who didn't receive their recital shirts last week will get them this week.

There are still tickets available for both shows and will be available for purchase after dancers are dismissed. $20/ticket, CASH ONLY.

Good morning!
Just a reminder that we start round 2 of ticket sales today. Your recital fee tickets (2/dancer) are still guaranteed but ALL other tickets are first come, first serve. Ticket sales will be today at BDC from 10-12:30, $20/ticket, CASH ONLY.

ANYONE can come purchase tickets during that time frame. Please make sure they know which show they need tickets for, and please make sure everyone knows it is CASH ONLY.

If there are any tickets available after today, they will be sold before classes leading up to the show.

Good Afternoon Everyone!

Another picture week in the books!! Thank you to all our dance families for your patience and cooperation. We had an incredibly smooth week, and you all contributed to that.

I want to give a special shoutout to Miss Mia, Miss Laura & ALL of my student teachers. You were all ROCKSTARS!! Thank you all for compensating for my restrictions, and just going above and beyond all week. I love you all and I'm so appreciative for each and every one of you.

And, a HUGE thank you to our photographers Irvin Simon Photographers!!! They've been with us for almost a decade now, and we couldn't be happier with them. They are reliable, have amazing attitudes and are BEYOND fantastic with your children. I'm always in awe of how good they are at what they do!!!

Good Afternoon!

Thank you so much to everyone who came last night. It was another great night!! I know it was a packed dressing room, but I thought everything went remarkably well thanks to all of you. Thank you all for following directions and just being patient with us as we navigated that many people. 42nd Street was the most people we've ever had in one pic, and I thought it went AMAZING!!! Thank you!

On a little side note, I would ask that you please watch your tone with myself and my staff. We do our absolute best to be as upbeat and positive as we can. We work our butts off to try and run picture week as smoothly as possible. It is not ok for anyone to speak to me in an aggressive manner. But more importantly, it is completely unacceptable for anyone to speak to my teachers or my student teachers that way.

Before I list tonight's reminders, just a quick note that everyone who replied about being a dressing room mom is indeed a dressing room mom. I didn't have a chance to respond individually to all of the emails, but you have all been added to my list. I am still in need for quite a few classes. I will send emails in the next week asking for volunteers for those classes that are still in need. Once we get closer to the show, I will give all of the dressing room moms more detailed information.

Tonight's reminders:

Please make sure that you have the proper hair, makeup and dance shoes for Picture Day (the style of hair is listed on your dancer's label on their garment bag as well as all accessories, etc.). Also a reminder that there is NO jewelry, NO temporary tattoos, NO nail polish and NO underwear for pictures. Please make sure to remove all of this before entering the studio.

All recital handbooks have also been distributed. If you have not received yours yet, please stop by at the front desk to sign for one.

5:15pm Adv. Class/Student Teachers

5:30pm Wed. 6:45 Munchkins- Annie (tap) 1st, Wicked (ballet) 2nd

5:30pm Sat. 10:00 Munchkins- Annie (tap) 1st, Wicked (ballet) 2nd

6:00pm Sat. 10:45 Combo I/II- Annie (ballet) 1st, Wicked (jazz) 2nd

6:00pm Thurs. 5:15 Combo I- Wicked (jazz)

6:30pm Wed. Lyrical I- Annie

7:00pm Thurs. 4:30 Munchkins- Wicked (ballet)

7:00pm Thurs. 5:30 Combo II- Wicked (ballet)

7:30pm. Mon. Musical Theater I- Wicked

7:30pm- Wed. Lyrical II- Wicked

Please make sure to arrive FULLY dressed and ready to go, with hair and makeup done. You should only have to put on their dance shoes in studio). Once inside the building, please remove street shoes and place in the cubbies provided, then enter the studio/dressing room. Please do not linger in the lobbies, we need to keep them as clear as possible.

You may use the ballet barres as garment racks. Please try and stay in the same area as your class. There will be a LOT of people in a small space, so please be courteous, kind and helpful.

NO FOOD OR DRINK permitted in the building except water.

NO MEN are allowed in the building, as dancers of all ages are changing. If mom, grandmom, or female adult is not available for your dancer, I will assign one of our older girls or another dance mom to take care of them, help them change, etc. If you are a male and will be in charge, please do not leave the parking lot, we will walk your dancer out to you when they are done.

PLEASE be patient, kind and respectful to myself and my staff this week. It is a CRAZY week, and I am just back from surgery with LOTS of restrictions. I have an amazing team but picture week can always get a little crazy. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
