Central Movement - Martial Arts A Middletown based Martial Arts school since 2004 that trains students from ages 4 and up.

At Central Movement DE we geek out over martial arts; we find great ways to apply it in your classes that engages and challenges you to be your best. We also respect movement quality, and use these principles to enhance your life from sitting, standing, and breathing better, all the way up to climbing, rolling, fighting, or surviving a zombie apocalypse. It sounds crazy because it kind of is, but it's also awesome so we think you should check it out.
