Gloria Steinem received an honorary doctorate from Wesleyan University yesterday! In her speech she mentioned her friend Sheila Tobias, who taught women's studies and led the transition to co-education at Wesleyan in the 1970s. We're proud to host the Sheila Tobias Memorial Lecture series beginning in 2023.
