Run amok: 11,000 DQ'd at marathon, per report Approximately 11,000 runners at this year's Mexico City Marathon have been disqualified after being found to have cut the course, according to Spanish newspaper Marca. Some runners allegedly used vehicles or public transport to skip ahead in the race.

On Friday, February 4 we concluded our first RC36 Research Discussion Zoom meeting. The participants discussed two recent publications on soft power and talked about the conceptual and operational contribution of dark heritage sites and Chinese financial aid to Africa.
