Last night, we celebrated our 8th grade graduates: Emory, Hannah N., Hannah G., and Adeline! All four graduates attended Lucy School since PreK! We’re immensely grateful to have been a part of their educational and artistic journeys, and we’re so proud of their hard work, growth, and joyful spirits. We want to thank their families for all their support and dedication over the years.

We wish our graduates the best as they move on to high school. Congratulations, and remember to keep a piece of Lucy in your hearts!

Our Middle School Destination Imagination team competed at Global Finals in Kansas City this weekend and earned the distinction of being the highest-ranking middle school team from Maryland in their improv category! We’re incredibly proud of their creativity, teamwork, and accomplishment. 🏆

A beautiful picture of our Big Red Barn! ❤️

May 4, 2026. The Lucy School. I'm always amazed at the transformation and refurbishment of this bank barn on Frostown Road just outside of Myersville. As I have been told, the interior is even more amazing! I drove by on a stormy day and the colors of the scene from along Frostown Road really jumped out at me. The large red wooden barn with its accompanying silo really popped against the vibrant greens of spring with many wildflowers blooming in the field just on the other side of the fence. Don't miss the little vehicle parked in teh small garage next to the barn!
