Last but definitely not least, we have our chapter President, the brilliant Brooke Ryan. Brooke is part of the Plant Science pathway 🌱 and completed her work based learning at Elanas Broad St. Florist 💐 Brooke is excited to continue her education down south at Coastal Carolina University 🩵, where she will be majoring in Marine & Coastal Environmentalal Sciences 🪸🌊 Brooke’s favorite memory included some of her closest friends during 2025 Nationals convention, where she competed on the Floriculture team with Ashton, Owen, and Tori ! Brooke’s favorite quote is “If children don’t grow up knowing about nature and appreciating it, they will not understand it. And if they don’t understand it, they won’t protect it. And if they don’t protect it, who will?” -David Attenborough. Congratulations Madam President, we are so excited to see the incredible achievements you will earn in your future 💙💛

Next up we have the powerful Peyton Bennett! Peyton’s part of the Animal Science pathway 🐾 and completed her work based learning at the SPCA 🐕. Peyton plans on taking a gap year next year! Her favorite memory was sophomore year during the last meeting after the water balloon fight where she snuck up behind Mrs. Clay and popped a water balloon over her head. She then chased Ms. Samick and popped one on her too. Mrs. Clay then said “Trust me i’ll get you when you least expect it… maybe even as you walk the stage on graduation!” Peyton’s favorite quote comes from a poem she wrote herself, “One day, it won’t hurt to remember. You’ll look back, and only feel warmth-not because it ended, but because you lived it.” Congratulations Peyton for all you have achieved, and we are so excited to see what you accomplish in the future 💙💛
