As part of the series of celebrations in honor of Touro University’s 50th anniversary, join us at the Conference on Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Biomedical Space on September 15th. Held virtually and in person at New York Medical College, you will hear from renowned leaders in biotechnology, incubators/accelerators, and biomedical research. Guests will also explore innovations in clinical and academic approaches to medical education and will discover the increasingly prevalent role of technology and artificial intelligence in the future of medicine and business.

This special program will introduce the audience to experts who will provide insight into the changing landscape of their fields. As Touro looks toward the next 50 years of scientific advancement across our institution, with $100 million of research grants, you will come across the presenters’ expertise and vision.

Good Evening Everyone!

Thank you to those of you who signed up for BiM on Touro Day!

We are having our general interest meeting on Wednesday August 31st from 4:00 - 5:00 PM in Classroom 1! We will go over future events, introduce our e-board, and share exciting opportunities for two additional leadership positions to join our team (Public Relations Lead and Community Liaison). Coffee, donuts, and fruit will be provided! Students will also have a chance to pick up a copy of the The White Coat Investor's Guide, if you haven't received one last year.

We are excited to see all of you and to share what we have planned for the year! Have a great week and study hard!

For all Residents, Medical, and Premedical Students, the WCI Guide for Students is an amazing resource giving insight into navigating the financial aspects of entering our pre/post clinical years!

Through the help of our school champion and Business in Medicine Club, we were able to give out 140 books to our students thanks to Dr. Dahle’s generosity!

Business in Medicine, ENT, Anesthesiology and Hematology clubs are hosting a Winter Fundraiser till the end of the Fall semester.

Please share and donate whatever you can, it is vital to give back to our communities and we are hoping to create a relationship with organizations for future club members to collaborate with.

Each donation will help us raise money for the Mental Health Association of Orange County to promote the mental health and emotional well-being of Orange County residents. This non-profit organization is also a United Way member which works with volunteers and staff to answer crisis calls, provide companionship, public education, direct services and assist with fundraisers within Orange County.

Our goal in this is to create an impactful experience and inspire our community and each other to exercise selflessness as a muscle. Each donation will count as ONLY one raffle entry to win 10 amazon gift cards up to $25!
