Thanks to our AMAZING LGE families and students, we reached our Booster fundraiser goal! 🎉🙌 And you know what that means…

💚 SLIME TIME! 💚

Some of our brave staff members got completely SLIMED to celebrate reaching our goal—and judging by the smiles, our Lions enjoyed every second of it! 😂

A HUGE thank you to everyone who registered, donated, shared, and supported our school.

📸 Check out some of the fun from today! And tell us—who do you think enjoyed the slime more: the students or the staff?! 😂👇

🇺🇸 We were honored to hear from one of our very own Lion Heroes, Constable Rogers!

Constable Rogers shared his personal experience of being a police officer in New York City during the events of September 11, 2001.

Even in a time filled with so much sadness, people came together. They helped one another, supported their neighbors, showed kindness, and reminded us just how powerful a community can be when we stand together. ❤️🤍💙

Thank you, Constable Rogers, for sharing your story with our Lions and for continuing to serve and protect our LGE community today. We are so lucky to have one of our own heroes walking our halls! 🦁

🇺🇸 LGE Remembers ❤️🤍💙

Tomorrow, we invite our LGE Lions to wear red, white, and blue as we come together to honor and remember those whose lives were lost on September 11, 2001. Together, we remember the lives lost, recognize the bravery of first responders, and celebrate the helpers and heroes who continue to serve our communities each day.

Do you have a Hometown Hero in your family or someone special to you? ❤️ A firefighter, police officer, EMT, military member, healthcare worker, or another community hero?

📸 Share a picture of your Hometown Hero in the comments and tell us who they are!
