A woman who leads with strength in every sense— in her body, in motherhood, in business, in faith, and in her commitment to the people and community around her.
We’re so proud to see our owner, Amy, featured in Brava Magazine’s Women Leading Business issue — and on the cover alongside so many remarkable women.
Amy’s story is one of purpose — building a business rooted in movement and community while reconnecting with the part of herself that comes alive through her physical therapy and kinesiology background. It’s a career that allows her to pour into others while still being fully present for her husband, 6 children, her faith, and the life she’s built around them.
barre3 has always been about more than the workout. It’s about strong bodies, confident women, meaningful connection, and creating space for women to thrive — and Amy is the perfect embodiment of that.
A beautiful celebration of women who lead, build, nurture, and make an impact in their communities. We even spotted a few of our amazing local business partners featured in the issue — Roshelle of Saunaday, Cassie and Katelyn of Hydralive, plus our very own member Megan Waksdahl representing Park Bank.
So proud to call her our owner, our leader, and our inspiration!
