Middleton Speech and Debate Team

"The two greatest fears of mankind are death and public speaking." Forensics is the art of competitive speaking, acting, and interpretation of literature.

We compete as part of the Wisconsin Forensic Coaches' Association (WFCA), and we are a charter member of the National Forensic League (NFL). Students can choose to compete in nearly 20 categories related to public speaking. The team travels weekly from January to April to compete for individual and team awards. Students who participate in forensics gain an appreciation for effective communication,

teamwork, sportsmanship, interpersonal skills. writing and literature. Students are also eligible for exclusive scholarships and national merit recognition.

Our MHS Forensics Team went out with a bang at Neenah High School for the STATE tourney‼️ The team had a blast on the bus, in the hotel, and at the tournament!! Overnight State Success❤️‍🔥

We kicked off our Spring Break with the Sun Prairie East Tournament, having a blast and locking in for the last tournament before STATE‼️Special thanks to our graduated leaders who came back to judge for us this Saturday, we love you guys!!! Thank you 💕💕
