We're happy to honor our 2026 retirees ahead of MCPASD’s annual retiree dinner in May. This is our 10th post highlighting the impact each of our retirees has made on our District.

Today we feature Michelle Bolstad, who will retire from Sauk Trail Elementary School at the end of this school year.

We're grateful to Ms. Bolstad for her strong support of our English language learners, and we congratulate her on her retirement!

It won’t just be our fourth graders moving on this June! Thank you to Ms Dahlk for her incredible leadership! We will miss you!

Today marks the first in a series of posts highlighting the impact each of our retirees has made on our District. Kicking off our series is Sauk Trail Elementary School Principal Chris Dahlk, who will retire at the end of the school year after 35 years with MCPASD!

Ms. Dahlk’s strong leadership and her legacy of inclusion, caring and compassion will have a lasting impact at Sauk Trail Elementary School. We are incredibly grateful for her years of service as "the heartbeat of Sauk Trail."

Our annual classic spirit wear sale comes to an end tomorrow, Monday 11/03, at 8 am. Order now, or wait until next year! Styles available in youth and adult sizes. As always, our spirit wear is not a fundraiser, so you’re getting the best possible price.

Wednesday is prize day!! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our families and sponsors, we met our goal of $20,000 raised! Wednesday, students can wear pajamas, bring a stuffed animal, and will have an extra recess and a treat. The money raised will directly to supporting our Sauk Trail community!

What does the Sauk Trail Shuffle fund? The PTO uses funds raised through the fun run to send every student to the Overture Center, including busing, completely free of charge.
