Teaching sustainability to Middleton's youth through hands-on gardening, cooking, art, people-powered transportation, and green entrepreneurship.

We are a sustainability and environmental education program for elementary, middle and high school youth that focuses on gardening and food production but also incorporates art, people-powered transportation, and multi-age relationship building through teaching and mentorships. REAP Food Group is excited to offer a paid summer internship with the Farm to School Program! The Farm to School Summer Education Intern will be responsible for developing and facilitating educational activities at three Madison Metropolitan School District Summer Food Program community sites. The internship requires 10-20 hours per week from May through August 2016. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students interested in educating youth about healthy eating, local foods, and sustainability, and increasing food access for underserved youth.
