Real character shaping takes time. Practice, practice and then some more practice.
When young people are in an environment that encourages them to wrestle with challenges, seek out mentors, and figure out their own next step, something begins to grow: self-efficacy.
The belief that, “I may not know how yet, but I can figure out what to do next.”
And then one day, you get to watch them take what they've practiced in the studio and use it in real life, all on their own.
That’s real life learning. And it’s worth it.
