Fr. Scott e-mailed the attached letter tonight to St. Peter school families and St. Peter parishioners to share the news of St. Peter School closing after this school year.

We want to sincerely thank all of you for your prayers, hard work and incredible generosity to see if we could find a way for the school. God's will be done.

"Behold, I make all things new" (Rev. 21:5). This is the Lord's promise to us, and it gives me great comfort in times of sadness.

We are doing great, but we need another miracle, and you can help!

BOTTOM LINE: We need a new principal for next year, and we need to find that person very quickly - IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS.

First, the good news. We still have work to do, but with the miraculous fundraising we have done to this point and assuming we continue to do well and are able to raise the amount we expect to raise, we were able to put together a financial plan that will allow St. Peter Catholic School to be sustainable well into the future! Thank you for the prayers and donations thus far - please keep them coming - we are not there yet!

Now, for the second miracle we need. We need a new principal for next year, and we need to find that person very quickly - IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS. This will allow us to start enrollment for the 24/25 school year without potentially losing some of our wonderful current students to other schools. We need prayers and we need action.
