A violinist played for 45 minutes in the New York subway. A handful of people stopped, a couple clapped, and the violinist raised about $30 in tips.
No one knew this, but the violinist was Joshua Bell, one of the best musicians in the world. In that subway, Joshua played one of the most intricate pieces ever written with a violin worth 3.5 million dollars.
Two days before he played in the subway, Joshua Bell sold out a Boston theatre, and the seats averaged about $100.
The experiment proved that the extraordinary in an ordinary environment does not shine and is so often overlooked and undervalued.
There are brilliantly talented people everywhere who aren’t receiving the recognition and reward they deserve. But once they arm themselves with value and confidence and remove themselves from an environment that isn’t serving them, they thrive and grow.
Your gut is telling you something. Listen to it if it’s telling you where you are isn’t enough!
Go where you are appreciated and valued.
Know Your Worth.

Sooooo..... that's it?
You're just going to quit?
What kind of sense does that make? You've sacrificed so much, given until it hurts, even suffered and endured the worst. And now, after all of that, you're simply going to walk away and throw in the towel?
That's just crazy....
If you need a little push to see this thing through, how about taking a second to reflect on all of the people who are doubting you, all the friends and family that don't believe in you. All those who immediately blew you off? There are plenty of folks lined up waiting to tell everyone that they 'told you so' when they hear you simply gave up.
But don't do it for them. Do it for you. You're so close, and people are going to say whatever they want anyway. Do it for you.
You deserve this.

Detachment means accepting the facts, letting go of denial, being honest with yourself and letting go of controlling events and outcomes that have not happened. When you focus on healing you, you are not selfish you are in recovery.

Charles “Chuck” Feeney, 89, who cofounded airport retailer Duty Free Shoppers amassed billions throughout his life while living humbly in an apartment that resembles a college dorm. A firm believer in “Giving While Living”—he’s donated $8 billion through his foundation Atlantic Philanthropies to various charities, universities and foundations worldwide and each time he donates, he does it anonymously. “He’s a model for us all. It’s going to take me 12 years after my death to get done what he’s doing within his lifetime,” Warren Buffet said.
When asked why he does it, he responded: “I see little reason to delay giving when so much good can be achieved through supporting worthwhile causes. Besides, it’s a lot more fun to give while you live than give while you’re dead.”

Do you cheer for other people’s victories?
Start noticing what you like about others and tell them. Having an appreciation for how amazing the people around you are leads to productive, fulfilling, peaceful places in your own life.
So, be happy for those who are making progress. Cheer for their victories. Be thankful for their blessings, openly. What goes around comes around, and sooner or later the people you’re cheering for will start cheering for you.
