The Hospitality Coordinator will provide leadership to the hospitality business area at Lone Oaks Farm, the 4-H & Youth Development Center, and the event/retreat center in West Tennessee.

Eight weeks ago our campus came to life with the laughter, energy, and excitement of hundreds of campers. Today, for the first time in two months, it's quiet.

As I walked around the farm this morning, I couldn't help but think about the incredible group of staff who made this summer so special. Thank you for your long days, late nights, early mornings, endless energy, and the countless little things that often go unnoticed. You poured your hearts into every camper who came through our gates, and because of you, they leave with new friendships, new skills, unforgettable memories, and a place they'll always call home.

No summer is ever perfect, but watching this team love our campers, encourage one another, and work together to overcome every challenge has made me incredibly proud. The impact you have made will last far longer than these eight weeks.

To our amazing 4-H Camp staff at the 4-H & Youth Development Center at Lone Oaks Farm, thank you for giving your time, your talents, and your hearts. You made a difference in the lives of so many young people, and I am beyond grateful for each of you.

The quiet around here today is a reminder of just how much life you all brought to this place. Camp may be over, but the memories you've helped create will last a lifetime.

This morning we said goodbye to our Junior High Campers and officially brought the 2026 Camping Season to a close. Thank you to all of the agents, volunteers, and campers who made the final week of camp so wonderful!

It's hard to believe that this is the start to the final week of the 2026 camping season here at Lone Oaks Farm! It will definitely be one to remember, because it's Junior High Camp: Survivor Edition! Campers jumped straight into tribal activities and challenges, in addition to classic camp fun with their cabins. Be sure to check back in all week for updates from our final, fun-filled camp of the summer!

At UT Lone Oaks Farm, learning is hands-on, practical, and life-changing. Each year, young people come to build confidence, character, and responsibility through real world experiences.

Now we're asking you to help us do even more.

We're building a permanent, ten-bay Youth Rifle Range at the 4-H and Youth Development Center, a purpose-built space where kids can learn firearm safety the right way, with certified instructors, consistent standards, and safety at every step. As interest in shooting sports grows across Tennessee, families deserve a place they can trust. Lone Oaks Farm should be that place.

Without a dedicated range, our ability to deliver this instruction at the highest level is limited. With your support, we can change that, while keeping programs affordable and accessible for every family.

This is more than a range. It's an investment in discipline, confidence, and responsibility that young people will carry for a lifetime.
