Hi My name is Mr. Jemilo and im a new 4th grade teacher this year! After graduating from Loras College and wrapping up my time as a football player, I am ecstatic to start a new chapter as a 4th-grade teacher!
I am looking forward to getting to know my students, creating a fun and accepting classroom, and making a lot of memories along the way.
A few fun facts about me are that I'm from Stoughton, Wisconsin; I love to play golf; and I am a 5th-generation educator!

Hi! I'm Tiffany Bowdish, the new Math and Advanced Learning Specialist here at Elm Lawn! My family and I reside in Waunakee, where I have a 6th grader and 8th grader. We enjoy spending time as a family outdoors, playing games, and cheering on the Badgers. I am very excited for this opportunity - I can already tell the Lawn is a special place!

Hi Elm Lawn Families,
I’m excited to introduce myself as the new Speech-Language Pathologist at Elm Lawn Elementary this school year!
A little bit about me: I attended the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire for both my undergraduate and graduate degrees (Go Blugolds!). After graduation, I began my career with the School District of Jefferson at East Elementary, where I spent the past 11 years supporting students and families.
Outside of work, I’m a proud parent to two kiddos. We also have a “fur baby,” Copper, who definitely keeps us all on our toes! As a family, we enjoy camping, attending live music events around the area, and going on daily walks and bike rides.
I am thrilled to be joining the Elm Lawn community and look forward to a wonderful year filled with learning, growing, and communicating together. I can’t wait to get to know you and your children and be part of their journey this school year!

Hi! I’m Miss Young, Elm Lawn’s new school counselor! I grew up in Northern Illinois and now call the Madison area home. This is my sixth year working as a school counselor, and I’m happy to be starting this next chapter at Elm Lawn.

When I’m not at school, you can usually find me outside, especially if there’s a good hiking trail nearby! Anywhere I can take my dog, Dax, is good enough for me!

Hello! My name is Emily Demalis and I'll be teaching physical education at Elm Lawn as well as West Middleton and Northside. I'm from a small town in Pennsylvania, and I used to work at Epic before becoming a PE teacher. In my free time, I enjoy being active outdoors, playing lots of sports, and reading in my hammock!
