We were saddened to learn of the recent passing of Rusty Bona. We were fortunate enough to have him visit our school this past spring to talk to the children about his role as Middlebury's Animal Control Officer. He was kind and patient with the children and it was enjoyable to watch his interactions with them. I think he enjoyed being with us too! This is a great loss for Middlebury. Thank you, Rusty, for your contribution to our community and service to our country.

Santa Claus is coming to Town 🎅
Middlebury's Annual Tree-lighting Event
Saturday, December 6th - 4:00 p.m. - On the Green 🎄
We will once again be sharing holiday cheer with our neighbors including hot cocoa & sweet treats at Middlebury Congregational Church and Westover School's historic Red Hall. There will be musical performances by children from local organizations followed by Caroling around the Green and the lighting of the tree.
And don't forget to visit Santa in the Town Hall after he lights the tree 😉

Our 4 year old class visited the Middlebury Public Library. Miss Noreen read them books about caterpillars and butterflies and did an adorable craft to go along with the stories. Thank you!

Thank you to Firefighter Brendan, Firefighter Chris and the Middlebury Volunteer Fire Department for teaching us about fire safety and how we can be prepared in the event of an emergency. And thanks for letting us climb into the trucks too!
