Today our teachers came together for a day full of learning, reflection, growth, and of course, a little fun! ❤️

Our team explored how to create more unbiased classrooms that nurture equity and inclusion, worked together to enrich and refresh their learning environments, learned new ways to thoughtfully approach behavior management, and practiced important safety drills.

Days like today bring us together and remind us of the importance of what we do each day 💙

🌟 Today we’re celebrating 8 years with Bailey Cruz! 🌟

Since joining Bright Years Academy in 2018, Bailey has grown alongside our organization, taking on new opportunities and helping shape the experience of countless children, families, and Teachers along the way. Today, as Director of our Middlebury center, she continues to make Bright Years Academy feel like a place where people truly belong. 💛
