Today's free play looked a little different when we ran out of drawing paper.

The children immediately adapted, grabbed paper plates, and continued creating without missing a beat.

Children have an incredible ability to see possibilities where adults often see obstacles. Sometimes all we have to do is step back and let their imaginations lead the way. 🌊💙

🎉 A Milestone Worth Celebrating! 🎉

We are so excited to share that Tiny Tides has officially passed our final licensing inspection and has been awarded our 2-year childcare license by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC)! 💙

When a childcare center first opens, it operates under a provisional license while demonstrating that it consistently meets the highest standards for health, safety, staffing, and quality of care. After a thorough inspection, centers that successfully meet those standards are awarded a full two-year license.

We're proud to share that we passed our inspection with flying colors! 🎉

This milestone reflects the hard work and dedication of our incredible teachers, the trust our families place in us every day, and our commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

One year ago , we signed the lease that started it all.

At that moment, Tiny Tides existed only as a dream, a set of plans, and an empty space waiting to be transformed.

Over the months that followed, we watched walls go up, classrooms come to life, and our vision become reality.

Today, those same halls are filled with smiling faces, little footsteps, laughter, learning, and a community we couldn't be more grateful for.

To every family, teacher, friend, and supporter who believed in us—thank you for being part of our first year. Here's to many more. 💙

Miss Pearl started her training this week with Astro K-9 Training!

We're working on the skills she'll need around the center, like staying calm in busy classrooms, ignoring the excitement of kids running by, and patiently waiting at doors.

Every little lesson is helping her become the best version of herself, and we can't wait to watch her grow. Stay tuned for updates on Pearl's journey! ⚓💙
