🎃 FINAL NUMBERS ARE IN, MUSTANGS! 🎃

We are expecting a FANTASTIC turnout Thursday evening, with over 500 people expected and approximately 300 treaters ready to hit the Trunk-or-Treat loop! 👻

🎃 TRUNK HOSTS & VOLUNTEERS: Please plan accordingly for approximately 300 treaters. Thank you for helping us make this a fun and memorable evening for our Chase families!

🍬 A QUICK BUT IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR ALL ATTENDING FAMILIES:

Out of respect and fairness to EVERYONE who signed up, our hardworking volunteers, and the trunk hosts who have purchased and prepared treats, we kindly ask that each family make ONE loop around the trunks to collect treats.

We want to make sure there are enough goodies to go around so everyone gets a chance to enjoy the fun!

🚗 PARKING & EVENT LAYOUT

- The front parking lot will be used for Trunk-or-Treat only.
- The bus loop will have our food trucks, so come hungry! We'll also have a coffee truck serving and giving everyone an extra boost and to keep everyone cozy! ☕🍎
- We encourage families to use the parking available at Eastern Regional Park. Also, the side lot will be of use, however the main parking entrance will be blocked off.

Please be mindful of the parking areas so everyone can get in, park safely, and enjoy the evening!

- 🗳️ Vote for your favorite trunk in our Best Trunk Contest! Winner of a Best trunk will be announced after the costume contest
- 🥩 Pick up Texas Roadhouse coupons — one per child.

🏆 COSTUME CONTEST AT 7:30 PM!

Get those costumes ready! Our costume contest will take place at 7:30 PM, and you must be present to be considered for a prize. Make sure you stick around so you don't miss the fun!

💚💛 We appreciate everyone's cooperation, patience, and support. Events like this take a village, and we are so excited to see our Chase community come together for a spooktacular evening!

💚 A huge, heartfelt thank-you to all of our families for getting those RSVPs in and helping us get ready for a fun night for our students!

And a BIG thank you to our homeroom teachers for staying on top of those RSVP sheets and helping us keep everything organized. We appreciate you more than you know!

🍎 Happy World Teachers’ Day!

Today we get to celebrate the people who somehow manage to teach, encourage, comfort, organize, problem-solve, keep 20+ little personalities on track, and still show up the next day ready to do it all over again.

To the amazing Chase Elementary teachers and staff — thank you just doesn’t feel like enough. Thank you for loving our kids, believing in them, cheering them on, being patient on the hard days, and celebrating the little wins that mean so much.

You do so much that families see… and even more that we don’t. 💛

We appreciate you more than you know, and we’re so lucky to have you shaping, supporting, and cheering for our Mustangs every single day. 🐴🍎

The Chase PTA + Student Leadership Team are teaming up for a Halloween Costume Donation Drive!

We’re collecting new or gently used costumes, accessories, and costume pieces to help make sure every Chase student who wants has to dress up has the opportunity to dress up, celebrate, and enjoy the Halloween fun! 🐴💚💛

📅 Donations accepted through October 14th!

Simply send donations in with your student or drop them off at the school office — and we’ll make sure they’re put to good use! 🎃❤️

Have a costume your child has outgrown? Donate it and help another Chase Mustang make some Halloween memories!
