We are proud to announce that Journey Academy has officially earned accreditation through the Western Association of Schools and Colleges Accrediting Commission for Schools, WASC!

This achievement reflects our commitment to providing a high-quality, student-centered educational experience and our dedication to continuous growth and improvement. Accreditation is an important recognition of the work our staff, students, and families do every day to create a learning environment where every child can thrive.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) Accrediting Commission for Schools for their guidance, support, and thorough review throughout this process.

Thank you to our incredible staff, students, families, and supporters who have been part of this journey. This accomplishment belongs to all of us, and we look forward to continuing to serve students and families with excellence.

🚒🔥 A BIG THANK YOU to the Michigan City Fire Department! 🔥🚒

Our students had the opportunity to learn important fire safety skills from the incredible firefighters of the Michigan City Fire Department. They enjoyed an engaging presentation, learned how to stay safe in an emergency, and even got an up-close look at a real fire truck!

Experiences like these help make learning meaningful and memorable. We are so grateful to the firefighters who took time out of their day to visit Journey Academy, answer questions, and share their knowledge with our students.

Thank you for your service to our community and for helping keep our students safe and informed!
