Great day of learning & fun!
Joe, William & Ky'Lon taught us a new way to play Dodgeball and everyone worked up a sweat!

Everly & Olivia invented Capture the Fort to celebrate all of our hard work in Social Studies (love their flags ❤)

Gabby & Riley taught us about different music genres, played a Kahoot game & they taught us how to do the "Breadfruit" dance move.

Maureen & Vivie taught us about chemical reactions while making fluffy slime.

As you are spending the day with your family & friends, please remember those who are missing their loved ones who fought valiantly & honorably and didn't make it home.

ILEARN Testing.... When Mrs.Dombrowski says your parents HAVE to fill out a confidential testing form and return it....but you open it up and its a handwritten note from your family who loves you so much!!

I love this tradition that is 13 years and going....

Did you know that colored Easter Eggs date all the way back to the first Easter Sunday?

When Mary Magdalene went to Tiberius Caesar to proclaim the resurrection of Jesus, he did not believe her & mocked her. He pointed to the eggs in a basket that she was carrying and said "He has no more risen than the eggs in that basket are red." With that statement, the egg turned red. This is why pictures of Mary Magdalene often depict her holding an egg in her hand.

This week, our class also read the stories "Reschenka's Eggs" and "Easter Eggs for Anya".... both stories fill the characters with hope when facing difficult situations.

As Easter approaches, may you be filled with the hope of Christ.

The Annual Living Wax Museum was a huge success!! Thank you for attending and supporting your child and our class. They all worked really hard on their research, practicing their presentation and putting together their costumes. We hope you enjoyed the show!

Congratulations to Luc who received the Sacrament of Baptism this week. It was an honor to be present at this event. It's always a privilege to be a witness to a special occasion in the lives of my students.
