We are pleased to share a recently published case report describing a rare and aggressive presentation of a central nervous system malignancy.

🔬 This report highlights early recurrence of an adult desmoplastic medulloblastoma with intramedullary spinal and suprasellar metastases, emphasizing the tumor’s potential for rapid dissemination along the neuroaxis.

📈 This work underscores the importance of close surveillance and follow-up imaging in adult medulloblastoma, as recurrence and metastatic spread can occur even after initial treatment and may significantly impact prognosis.

​Actualmente, estamos contactando a congresistas, senadores y figuras influyentes del exilio cubano para visibilizar este problema y buscar soluciones.
