1. Your body isn’t thriving on 3 bottles of water or
1200 kcal.

Your body need nutrients so make sure you deliver ALL nutrients (from whole foods, not pills)
Your body is a privelage and needs to be cared for

2. Ignoring the needs of all your organs is keeing you fighting with symptoms that are preventing your body to look and feel great.

Your clean diet and gym routine is not gonna cut it. You have hormones, nervous system that requires to rest, recharge and regulate.

3 lessons from the housemaid

1. Hire a coach ( if you tried on on yoir own and you keep failing - hire a professional to help you- make sure they have the necessary experience)

2. Your body is a privilege. Treat it like one.
Your body runs on inputs, not guesses.
“I think I eat clean” means nothing if you don’t get results.
90% of issues start at the foundation: your three daily meals. They either nourish you fully or create deficiencies.
Care for your body like it matters. Proper nutrition, healthy habits, make time to properly rest, get massages, and uninterrupted sleep.

3. Stop punishing yourself.
Progress doesn’t require cruelty.
Allow small mistakes. Learn. Adjust.
Don’t become a sad!st. Your body is not something to be punished every time you’re imperfect.
