Recapping a beautiful evening from a few weeks ago at Ariete with Champagne Pommery 🍾

We hosted winemaker Baptiste Chazeud for a special tasting in Ariete’s private cellar space, paired with an incredible menu from the Ariete team. A beautiful night focused on the range and aging potential of Pommery, from Brut Royal to multiple vintages of Cuvée Louise, including rare magnums of 1999 and 2003.

Yesterday at Florida Wine Academy, we hosted a Taste of the Cape, a wine class focused on South African wines.

We tasted eight wines across key regions and styles, looking at grape varieties, structure, and winemaking approaches.

The inaugural WSET Level 1 in Wines class at Florida International University was held last Saturday, April 25th, and it was a success.

Alessandra Esteves led the class, guiding students through the key foundations of wine, from grape varieties to tasting technique, in a clear and structured format. It was great to see strong engagement throughout the day and a full group completing the program.
