Backpack & School Supply Vouchers

The Quapaw Nation Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) Program will continue offering Backpack & School Supply Vouchers while funding remains available.

Thursday, July 30, 2026
12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Friday, July 31, 2026
9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Pending funds still being available.)

Eligible families must attend a short parent training to receive a voucher. Children must be ages 4–12, enrolled in Pre-K, Head Start, or Elementary School, and reside within the 100-mile CCDF service area.

Parents should bring:
• A copy of the child's birth certificate
• A current utility bill
• A driver's license

Vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis while funding lasts.

🎪✨ Step right up and join us at the Miami Public Library for a spectacular small circus event full of laughs, games, and hands-on fun! Happening at the library on Monday, July 13th, from 4:30 to 6:30 PM!
Our headlining performer is the one and only Melvino the Clown! 🤡 Get ready for hilarious antics, silly clownery, and an exciting juggling performance. Brave participants will even get the chance to learn the art of juggling straight from Melvino himself!
🐐 A small petting zoo will also be joining the fun, where guests can meet friendly animals and learn about animal care from experienced handlers.
🎨 Want the full circus experience? A face painter will be on site to help transform you into the perfect circus star!
🍿 Plus, there will be snacks, games, and prizes throughout the event to keep the fun going for hours!
Bring the whole family and prepare for a stroll under the big top at the library!
