KCC 서울메이트 Seoulmates' Night !! 💕💕💕

Thank you to all who joined KCC’s 서울메이트 Seoulmates' Night on February 13th to celebrate Valentine’s Day in Korea, which is a special romantic holiday! 💖

We hope everyone enjoyed the fun inspired by Korean Valentine customs and games, as well as the goodie bags made with lots of love by our KCC E-Board 🫶🫶🫶

Join KCC and KLEC on January 31st, 2025 to celebrate Seollal (Korean New Year, one of the most important Korean traditional holidays) in a grand festival!

It will be held from 6:00-9:00 PM in GC118 (Faculty Club). Don’t miss out as we will be holding a lot of fun games and activities! 🤗❣️

Here are some activities you can look forward to:

(1) Games & Activities 🏅🎲
We will have a variety of games for everyone to enjoy including trivia, 참참참(Hammer Game), 윷놀이(yut nori), 닭싸움
(Chicken Fight) and more! (and there will be some prizes to be won 👀) There will also be opportunities to try on hanbok and take some pictures with them! 📸🥰

(2) 복주머니 (Bokjumeoni) 🧧🎊
You can look forward to receiving a 복주머니 Bokjumeoni-inspired lucky bag and learning how to say 새해 복 많이 받으세요, “Please receive a lot of good fortune for the New Year”! (goodie bags will be given on a first come first serve basis) ❤️

(3) Performances 🎶🎼
We will be showcasing a dance performance prepared by LYNX ! 👯‍♀️💓

(4) Korean Food 🍲
We will be providing Korean food and drink for those attending, such as 떡볶이 Tteokbokki and 김밥 Kimbap! If you’d like to volunteer at the Festival, sign up via the link at our bio / story !

During Seollal, many Koreans visit family, perform ancestral rites, and more. Let’s learn all about 설날 and make special memories among our KCC and KLEC families at the Seollal Festival! We look forward to seeing you all there! 🥰
