Tonight is the last day for our series of research presenters of MAW. So, if you haven't already, come out and join us tonight at 7:40 in Memorial. Dr. Serafini will be speaking with us tonight, and its a great opportunity to get involved in research and ask questions about different paths in this or any related fields.

As before, free pizza and beverages will be provided.

The second research presentation of Microbiology Awareness Week (MAW) is tonight!

At 7:40 pm in Memorial 109, Dr. Wasif Khan will be presenting the research he works on in his lab. He will also be able to answer any questions you may have about getting involved in undergraduate research and what sort of opportunities exist in the field.

A free pizza dinner will be served.

Hey Microbio Club/Followers,

Today is the start of our "Talks". Its an awesome opportunity to meet/interact with the doctors and professors of the microbio department and find out about the research that they are performing, especially for those of you considering lab research as an undergrad.

Hey Microbio Club,

This week, to accompany Microbiology Awareness Week, we will be hosting a KAPLAN course auction! Please click the link below to place your bids.

If you plan to take the MCAT or GRE, this is a great opportunity to get the full KAPLAN resources at a low price. If you know of someone planning to take one of these exams in the next year or two, please let them know about this opportunity.

Tomorrow we kick off MAW with a tour of the microbiology research labs at the med campus!! For those of who who have yet to sign up, there are only 3 spots left and its not to late to join in on this wonderful opportunity. And as a reminder, the tour scheduled from 1-4pm November 15th.

Hey Everybody!! Due to the Thanksgiving break we will be kicking off MAW a bit early. Our first event is this Friday, Nov 15. We will be touring the Labs at Miller School of Medicine. Then on the following day we have Lunch with the Grad Students at the Rat.
