About me:
Hello, my name is Lineth, but you may call me Lily. I am from Miami, Florida of the United States of America. My teaching passion originally started when I had my daughter. My daughter had a speech delay at a very young age. This had given me a purpose and a goal to change career fields from law to education. Becoming my daughter's SPED teacher meant everything to me. I saw her reach her goals and develop right before my eyes. My daughter is now an honor student and It makes me very proud of the struggles we overcame together. This inspired me to become the teacher I am today.
I had begun my teaching career online with DadaABC as well as VIPKID. In May 2018 I was hired with iTutorGroup. This is when everything changed for me. iTutorGroup saw something in me, that I had not. iTutorGroup allowed me to recruit, to become a brand ambassador, to train new teachers, and then to become a teacher representative which is a manager in the company. This was the beginning of a beautiful journey. Throughout my experience in teaching, I have worked with children and adults. I have taught students for over six years, from beginners to advanced. I have taught students from ages zero through seventy years old. I have taught roughly 30,000 students from China, Taiwan, and Japan.

I have recruited thousands of teachers, helping them obtain a job working from home. I have trained hundreds of consultants and I became the face of their commercial videos for VIPJR. They gave me the confidence to be here today with you. I believe Communication is the main fundamental in today's society. Communication teaches us how to properly express ourselves and how to get our message across efficiently Learning a second language is a pathway to learning about others and their culture. I have learned all about the Asian culture from holidays, to personality, to speak now beginner simplified Chinese.
A little bit about me, I am a mother to an eight-year old, and I have been married for over ten years. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, and listening to music. I am a family person and enjoy it when we travel together and spend time gathering for a family reunion. The reason behind my motivation began with my daughter but it did not stop there, I fell in love with my students and love what I do wholeheartedly. I am ready to serve the public, ready to teach the students. I am ready for the very best I can and give everything I have because this is where I am meant to be. Someone once told me the purpose of life is to find your gift and give it away.

Today, I am here to give my students my gift. It would not be possible without your consideration. I would like to thank you for your time and promise you would not be let down. I have a passion to teach and I do so with love. My goal is for you to enjoy learning. Students cannot grow nor learn if the teacher is not enthusiastic nor inspired. It is a chain reaction, when we give with our hearts we receive so much more.

New job opportunity!

For anyone that would like to have the opportunity to teach in Outschool, I am looking for a few different teacher guests to teach with me virtually. You do not need to be hired, you will be the teachers guest. You will have the opportunity to split class half with teacher and also if you are interested you are in charge of making the lesson plan and marketing the class.

We will be teaching the class together in different sections and it will be paid via PayPal/ cashapp/ Venmo/ Apple Pay/ FB pay/ etc one week from class date as that’s when Outschool

I had my co-host my husband where he was teaching construction and I was his assistant. The class went fabulous. I think it’s a good idea. Class cost depends on us, normally my classes go from 35-65 depending the lesson and timing but if we will be splitting cost we will up the price for it to be reasonable and lucrative for both of us.

Where are my students from?

The company is from US/ California and kids are from anywhere in the world.

How many kids per class?

We decide the class size and class length if it’s recurrent or one time only.

How old are the students?

Students are from 4-18 but we decide what age level group will we be teaching for that class.

The company takes 35% fee keep in mind so we can base or calculation reasonable once setting the class price.

You will be making the lesson plan, adhere by guidelines I will send you my sample lesson plans or we can buy them online or download them for free as well 🙂

When can I start?

This project begins in Late October giving enough time for rough drafts and training.

How long will the project end and will it be recurrent?

If all goes well, I will be having you as my partner for a fixed time over a 3 month period or a semester. If we sell the class we can teach, if we don’t sell we don’t make money nor teach.

I am looking for good marketing strategy and those who can self advertise, preferable if you have a webpage or YouTube video/ experience or something that makes you stand out.

Can I have my kids join?

Yes all parents signing up through me get $20 off for their child and the more people that sign up under you, you get an extra $20, ask me more questions regarding this so that your class as a parent can be more affordable and in some cases free.

Can I let my family members know?

Certainly.

We are hiring & we train, experience not necessary! Work from home as an online Tutor. We have part-time and full-time available.

What will you be teaching? English (What you already know). Do I have to prepare my lesson plan? No, it is pre-made you just have to teach it.

Who are the students? They are from MainLand China, Juniors & Adults( Should you wish to only teach adults-YOU MAY) How many students per class? For Juniors 3 is the max and for adults 6 is the max. Regularly you will have 1 on 1 or 1v2 unless it's adults.

How long are the classes? Junior classes are only 25 minutes with a 5-minute break...sometimes they are 40 depending. You might also teach 3 15 minute classes in the hour for new clients trying out our program. Adult classes are 45 minutes with a 15-minute break between sessions. The company books you (YOU select your hours based on their need) We have 24/7 hours available hours to work from. (Keep in mind our students are half a world apart with time zones (You will have the time zones on the page) Training is a week long.

When and how do I get paid? Pay is once a month on the 10th or before if it lands on a weekend. You are paid a direct deposit wire transfer.

What if I need to cancel or have an emergency? You can submit cancellation requests with time (We are flexible). You are given 6 free passes within 6 months for absences should you have an emergency or so forth. You may cancel more than 6 times so as long as it is 4-24 hours in advance at a minimum.

It sure hasn’t affected me, with the low ratings, with the bad days... I am still here and very strong. So if you are looking for a company that books you/ that has secondary opportunities/ that has adults and juniors (I love this part)/ that is flexible and easy going/ (they really are flexible compared to VIPKID and magic ears and so forth) I have tried them all TRUST! ... that is not going anywhere because we are 22 years and counting.. COMPARE YOU GUYS... all these new companies are starting or are newer... / that if you shine you can grow INSTANTLY... yeah yeah yeah, some will say follow guidelines...but I WILL TELL YOU THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS ALWAYS BECAUSE I AM LIVING PROOF/ that if you are ready, to be at the top... I’m your girl! I can mentor you, guide you and not only simply get you hired but I want you striving here like I did in just 1 month... I was a brand new consultant 3 years ago ... whereas some consultants working here years later have never made it as far... so let me mentor you. Trust me, believe in me and I’ll make sure you grow so as long as you are passionate, stable, and persistent! We want only the best and the best only.
