Where did the time go? It started to fly… ✨

Yesterday, our graduates shined in their caps and gowns, but we couldn’t let this moment pass without taking a little walk down memory lane. 🤍

From tiny little faces to big milestones, what a beautiful journey it has been. Mazal Tov to our Class of 2026! 🎓

Our North Miami Beach nature wonderland continues to show that the outdoors is truly our best classroom. 🌿✨

In this space, children naturally develop a wide range of skills like:
Early writing
Hand-eye coordination,
Counting
Measuring
Sorting
Comparing sizes and so much more.
All of this happens through hands-on exploration, curiosity, and meaningful play.

Being grounded in nature supports children’s overall development. It helps regulate their bodies, strengthens focus, encourages creativity, and fosters a deep connection to the world around them. 🌱

At Gan Frida, our projects truly showcase our process art approach. Each child expresses themselves through art in a way that matches their developmental stage, creating pieces that are uniquely theirs. 🖌️

Not only do these projects allow parents to see the step their child is on, but they also give the children a strong sense of belonging and ownership.

We hope you enjoyed having your child’s creations at your Seder table! Don’t forget to tag us in your photos so we can celebrate and share their creativity. 📸✨

Crafted with intention.

At Gan Frida, every project is created with purpose. Each Seder piece: plates, matzah trays, and Afikoman bags, were carefully designed so they can be used during your Seder and enjoyed for years to come.

Our Morahs thoughtfully prepare each piece, sealing and finishing them with durable techniques, whether with oil, resin, or by working on the reverse side so the surface remains safe, functional, and long-lasting.

Feel free to use, wash, and store your child’s creations, turning them into meaningful keepsakes for many Pesach celebrations ahead.

Did you know? 💡

At Gan Frida, each classroom creates their Seder plates and matzah trays using different materials but with a deeper intention.

Our Head of School envisioned that as children grow through the years in our school, they build a meaningful collection of Pesach pieces, each representing a stage in their learning journey.

Take a peek at our Model Seders at Gan Frida ✨

Our children connected and engaged meaningfully with the holiday through hands-on experiences. By bringing the Seder to life in the classroom, they not only deepen their understanding, but also build excitement and anticipation for what they will soon celebrate at home.

Learning through experience makes every moment more meaningful!

Pesach Projects 2026 – Cruisers SIB

Our little Cruisers at Sunny Isles Beach (SIB) explored Pesach through sensory play and creativity! 🌈✨

✨ The children created their Afikoman bags using a tie-dye staining technique, watching colors blend and transform.

✨ Their Haggadah was inspired by the different textures found on the Seder table, allowing the children to explore and connect with each element through touch and hands-on experiences.

Pesach Projects 2026 – Discoverers SIB & NMB

✨ SIB: Our Discoverers based their Haggadah on the different colors found on the Pesach table, connecting visual elements to tradition. Their matzah trays were created by staining canvas and stenciling the word “Matzah.” For their Afikoman bags, they experimented with natural materials, using coffee to create a beautiful stained effect.

✨ NMB: Our Discoverers explored both colors and shapes represented throughout the holiday in their Haggadah. Their Afikoman bags were created using shaving cream and watercolor, resulting in soft, blended textures. For their matzah trays, they focused on the texture of matzah, using art techniques to recreate its unique surface.
