Come join our team, where the science behind play meets the science of reading and writing.

For 18 beautiful years, Skipping Stones Miami Preschool has been serving our community with an intentional, research-based approach to early childhood education.

Our program is built around how young children actually learn and develop—through purposeful play, meaningful relationships, exploration, and hands-on experiences—while incorporating the Science of Reading and the Science of Writing to build strong foundations for literacy.

We believe children can experience the joy and wonder of childhood while also receiving an exceptional educational foundation. Play and learning aren’t separate here—they work together.

We’re looking for an Assistant Teacher who shares that philosophy and wants to learn, grow, and contribute as part of our teaching team.

At Skipping Stones, every educator has successfully completed multiple Learning Without Tears® trainings and are fully equipped to bring this research-based program to life in our classrooms. We continue to grow our knowledge so your Littles can grow their skills.
