I never thought I’d ever share this photo on the internet 😅🙊
For years I’ve dealt with weight fluctuation from body building (losing weight during on season, gaining weight during off season), & I’ve had 2 pregnancies .. 10 years apart. Not only the weight but my appearance glow up as well.. I wasn’t just born like this, I’ve had to work so hard to become this version of myself you see today.
I had SO many adversaries during my journeys as well, it wasn’t all sunshine & rainbows.. but one thing I’m grateful for for certain, is that I always believed I could change my life, persevered towards it, and took action everyday to achieve it.
If I can do it (multiple times), so can you, & I TRULY believe that!

Everything changed the moment I stopped letting the people closest to me talk down to me, and started focusing on becoming HER ; the happy, fit, and successful version of myself I used to only dream about.
Fitness truly saved my life.
It gave me the strength and confidence to stand on my own two feet and create independence in my early 20s after having my son.
This past weekend, I had the honour of sharing my story and my love for movement at our first HER 🎀 Pilates class at .miami.
If you’re feeling low, lost, or unsure of yourself, I promise start by eating with intention and moving your body every day. Your confidence will grow, your endorphins will rise, and those big problems will start to look a whole lot smaller.

My baby girl & I did it! We won our very first jumper competition together 🥹🥇😭🏆🤍
I cried so hard you have nooo idea 🥹 today was so meaningful for me because I’ve had this little mare in January last year & we’ve been training together for this moment ever since.
Lana (show name ‘Old Fashioned’) is just a baby, she turned 4 in March & that’s we started her jump training. 🐴
She absolutely slayed this weekend, earning Grand Champion in the Hunter Jumper category with my coach 🏆
Even the judge came up to her to ask her breed, how old she was, and said she moves really really good… 😭😭😭😭
My little baby has so much potential in her future & I’m so proud of her 🤍 I love this horse so much, words can’t even describe it.
This was MY first competition back since I was 13 years old & it felt so good to be back at it - with all of the competing in different sports / activities, horse jumping has by far been my favourite 🙌🏻
I had the BEST support team, my hubby , my little angel Ella, & my high school bestie .bella 🤗 I can’t thank you all enough for waking up at 5am, being my hype team, cheering me on, & making sure I always had my water 💦
Here’s to a bright future with my baby & I , we’re just getting started! 🥰❤️🔥
