Today we proudly held our MDC Dual Enrollment Adjunct Faculty Orientation as we prepare for an exciting academic year ahead!

Today’s orientation brought together dedicated educators from across our Dual Enrollment program, fostering collaboration and a shared commitment to student success. Together, we’re building a strong foundation full of resources to support and inspire our dual enrollment students throughout the upcoming academic year. We wish all of our students and faculty an incredible year ahead! 🦈📚💙

This week, we were proud to welcome the Miami-Dade Schools Division of Athletics and Activities for their Opening of Schools event! As educators, leaders, and staff came together to prepare for the year ahead, we were reminded that a successful school year starts with collaboration, dedication, and a shared commitment to student success.

From all of us at MDC we wish every student, teacher, coach, and school community a successful and inspiring school year! 📚💙

This past week we celebrated the accomplishments of students across four incredible summer programs, each one marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter!

Whether gaining real-world experience through the Summer Youth Internship Program (SYIP), preparing for college through the Summer Enrichment Academy (S.E.A.), or building a strong foundation for success through the STEM Summer Bridge and STEM Academy Programs, students spent the summer learning, growing, and preparing for bright futures.

As these programs came to a close, we celebrated not only our their achievements, but also the determination, resilience, and hard work that brought them to this milestone.

Congratulations on an incredible summer. Your future is just getting started! 🦈💙

This summer, Continuing Education’s Kids & Teens Summer Camp gave students the opportunity to experience college firsthand.

From bringing projects to life in Future Builders to uncovering clues in CSI and creating music in the studio, campers explored new interests through hands-on experiences, exploring all that MDC has to offer.

We are proud to create opportunities that spark curiosity, build confidence, and inspire a love of learning that goes far beyond the summer! 🦈🏝️💙
