This issue focuses on new and emerging technology and its impact on arbitration. Specifically, the issue focuses on topics such as the evolution of technology and the potential use of technology in arbitration processes.

Special Call for Submissions on the Singapore Mediation Convention:
During the first week of August 2019, 46 states met in Singapore to sign the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation (“Singapore Convention”), a singular international instrument which main goal is to provide a harmonized framework for the enforcement of commercial settlement agreements, promote the use of mediation and international trade.
Given the importance of this convention to the development of international dispute resolution and international trade, the World Arbitration and Mediation Review (WAMR) is pleased to announce a call for submissions of academic, professional and policy-oriented articles, commentaries, and reviews focused on any aspects related to the Singapore Convention.
All submissions should follow WAMR’s guidelines, be in English, conform to the Bluebook legal citation, and should be submitted as a Word document to [email protected]. Submissions on this special topic (and on related arbitration/mediation topics) are accepted.
