The purpose of Carlson Gracie Ju Jitsu academy is to uphold the traditional values of Martial Art while exploring the world of mixed Martial Arts (MMA). By instilling a sense of respect, discipline, and honor in each student, these traditional values will be maintained and developed. Our Instructors will provide each student with the proper professional guidance and instruction to ensure the development of their mental focus and agility with an emphasis on the student’s overall health.

What a weekend! We couldn’t be prouder of every athlete who had the courage to step onto those mats and compete.

In Jiu Jitsu, we win or we learn and just stepping onto one of the biggest stages in the sport is an accomplishment in itself.

But one of the best parts was seeing our team truly come together as ONE cheering, supporting, coaching, and fighting alongside each other every step of the way. That’s what TEAM is all about.

Four ladies. One team. Endless heart. 💙💛🥋

This past weekend, two incredible women and two amazing young ladies stepped onto the mats to test themselves, face their fears, and represent our team with pride. Every match was an opportunity to learn, grow, and show the dedication they’ve poured into training.

Win or learn, we’re proud of the courage, resilience, and sportsmanship each of them displayed. The future of our team is bright, and these ladies continue to prove that hard work and determination have no age limit.

Congratulations to everyone who earned a promotion at yesterday’s belt ceremony!Your hard work, dedication, and commitment on the mats continue to inspire, and it was great to see so many students recognized for their progress.

A huge thank you to all of the coaches, instructors, and volunteers who give their time and energy to make this gym the special place it is. Your guidance, support, and leadership make a lasting impact on every student who walks through the doors.

Thank you as well to all of the parents and families whose encouragement and support help make these achievements possible. Special thanks as always to for his amazing team pictures!
