We’re excited to announce our Women’s Self-Defense Class on August 14th!
This isn’t your typical self-defense class where you’re taught a list of techniques for “if an attacker does A, then you do B.” The reality is, real-life situations are unpredictable.
Instead, you’ll learn how to adapt, think under pressure, and respond confidently through realistic, live scenario-based training—all conducted in a safe, supportive, and controlled environment.
Our goal isn’t to replace your natural instincts—it’s to strengthen them. We all have a built-in fight, flight, or freeze response. This class helps you recognize those instincts and build the confidence to react effectively when it matters most.
Whether you’re looking to feel more confident, preparing to send your daughter off to college, or just want to gain practical skills that could one day make a difference, this class is for you.
