🌿🦋 Last week our MCA families came together to begin our Butterfly Garden! 🦋🌿
It was such a special afternoon as families and children gathered to plant the first seeds of what will become a beautiful and meaningful space for our school community.
This garden will grow into a living classroom for our students — a place where learning happens through observation, curiosity, and the senses. Here, children will touch the soil, watch pollinators visit the flowers, listen to the sounds of nature, and experience the wonder of life unfolding around them.
Through this space, students will explore life cycles, pollinators, environmental stewardship, and responsibility for caring for living things. They will see how small acts of care — planting, watering, and nurturing — help create an environment where life can flourish.
Our hope is that this garden becomes a place of reflection, creativity, discovery, and connection with God’s creation for our students each day.
