My name is Bryon Rizzi, founder and consultant. Fitness or "muscle movement" and Sports Specific coaching is a passion I have taken head on since I started this journey at the age of 13. Playing high school sports and being fortunate to earn a scholarship to the University of Findlay to play college football as well as study Strength and Conditioning is where the real world in fitness training and coaching started to become clear.

Plyometrics comes from the Greek word “pleythyein” (to augment or increase).

Otherwise known as JUMPing violently in a specific direction for Reps or Distance

Try and keep a well rounded variety of these in your tool box and program appropriately as needed..

Programming is mostly Strength, Power Speed, HIIT, Interval Training and so on.. within Micro or Macocycles (Short or Long periods of time) to begin with.

You as the Coach take all the guessing work out to achieve one common goal..
