Meet Adriana, one of our talented RBTs! 🩵

Adriana is originally from Cuba! What she loves most about her work is being able to watch children overcome challenges, build new skills, and grow in their communication. Seeing their progress and celebrating each new milestone is what makes her work so rewarding.

Outside of work, Adriana enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, especially doing arts and crafts together. She also loves cooking and creating delicious meals.

Thank you, Adriana, for your patience, compassion, and dedication to helping our students grow and reach their goals. We are so grateful to have you as part of the Carrie Brazer Center for Autism family!

We’ve had a blast celebrating the start of Hispanic Heritage Month! 🎉🩵

The school has been filled with excitement as we’ve celebrated culture and community this week! We’ve dressed in colorful attire to represent our individual heritages, engaged in fun arts and craft activities, and enjoyed a delicious feast featuring our favorite Hispanic and Latino dishes! Thank you to all the parents and staff who helped our celebration so special! 🫶

Help Us Make Our School Even Safer 💛

At the Carrie Brazer Center for Autism, the safety and well-being of our students is at the heart of everything we do. We are raising $5,000 to install a new automatic sliding safety gate at our school to provide an additional layer of security for the children we serve. Many children with autism may experience elopement or wandering, which means they can unexpectedly leave a supervised area. This new gate will help us create a safer, more secure campus while still allowing our students to enjoy outdoor activities and giving families, staff, and school transportation safe and convenient access to our property. Every donation—large or small—brings us one step closer to our goal. If you are unable to donate, simply sharing our GoFundMe with friends, family, and the community would mean so much to us. Together, we can help protect these incredible children and give their families even greater peace of mind. Thank you for supporting our students and helping love continue to grow here. 💛🌻
