šŸ¤– Summer break doesnā€™t mean the fun or the learning stops at STARS Summer Camp!

This week, our campers put their creativity and problem-solving skills to work as they built robots with LEGOĀ®ļø pieces while following step-by-step guidance and collaborating alongside their teachers. With encouragement, hands-on learning, and plenty of curiosity, each student had the opportunity to create, explore, and grow.

We love seeing our campers stay engaged, build confidence, and discover new possibilities all summer long. šŸ’™

STARS Principal, Dr. NuƱez-Sancristobal, had the honor of attending the high school graduation of one of our beloved STARS alumni, witnessing a journey that began in the STARS Autism School Program and evolved into independence, confidence, and endless possibility.

Seeing Olivia grow into the incredible young woman she is today is a reminder of why we do what we do. Beyond graduation, she has also embraced her creativity and passion as the talented DJ Lady Chica šŸŽ§šŸ”„

And the journey continues, Olivia will be attending Miami Dade College to study Animation and Game Art, taking another exciting step toward turning her talents into a future full of opportunity.

Congratulations, Olivia! Your STARS family is so proud of you and excited to see all that you accomplish. Once a STAR, always a STAR ā

Smiles, confidence, and healthy futures šŸ’™šŸ¦·

Yesterday, our students had the incredible opportunity to receive dental checkups from the Nicklaus Childrenā€™s Hospital Mobile Dental Unit! Weā€™re grateful for community partners who help support the health and well-being of our children, one smile at a time.

At STARS, we believe every child deserves access to compassionate care, support, and opportunities to thrive. šŸŒŸ
