Advancing global collaboration in Alzheimer’s research 🌍 At AD/PD 2026, Rufus Akinyemi, MD, PhD (African Dementia Consortium) presented collaborative research with Olabode Omotoso, MSc (University of Miami), exploring APOE ε4 across African geographical regions and its implications for Alzheimer’s disease genetics.

Congratulations to Dr. Margaret Pericak-Vance on the distinguished honor of delivering the John J. Ryan Lecture and receiving the John J. Ryan Medal at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) in Dublin.
