It has been 3 years since I am mourning my father and finding my way again.
The Science of AWE settled in me quietly & slowly. While being in Awe is stimulated by outside vastness, I can also say that Awe is a dialogue. As long as it can be received, Awe gives. In fact, Awe stretches the ability to surrender to life’s magnificence. And that’s humbling.
Part of grieving is to be confused and lost in an ocean without a map. In the midst of feeling it all, not knowing if clarity will show up again, theres a knowing …a force was carrying through — a sense that something within knows exactly where it’s going.
A new science is showing that the frequency of merging with the vastness leads to health, longevity, playfulness and movement towards others. This is the fulfillment that replaces compensations, escapism and survival patterns.
How? Because the empty wanting to be filled is in fact the higher mind calling to connect. And when that union happens, that’s what Science calls coherence. When the ego drops the fight, it allows the vastness to take the lead.
The creative spark, the joy emerge naturally as the layers protecting them dissolve.
Awe is is a grounding force bringing you back to focus, drive, motivation, contact, contemplation, pleasure, taking the time to take it all in.
Awe feels safe, taken care of — and as a direct result, childlike again. This is certainly the most precious legacy from my father’s life: love, ferries, splendor, tenderness… grounded in the evolution of Science & Innovation in Human Health.
