It serves as the official liaison between the University and local, state, and federal governments.

We’re proud to celebrate the launch of the Ileana Ros-Lehtinen Legacy Project and Fellowship Program. A proud FIU alumna, Congresswoman Ros-Lehtinen paved the way for students who, like her, have gone on to serve in public office and public service roles.
This program will build on that legacy—giving FIU students the opportunity to intern in , and continue shaping the future through public service.
